Game Story

Sarah Paul (West Kelowna, B.C./Pursuit of Excellence, CSSHL) scored the game-winning goal with 7:08 left and added insurance into an empty-net goal in the final minute to lead White to a 3-1 victory over Russia on Wednesday as part of the BFL National Women’s Under-18 Team Selection Camp. Marianne Picard (Repentigny, Que./Stanstead College, NAPHA) set the stage for Paul's heroics by tying the game early in the third period.
